NOW!		Obtain pastor/director approval and support for promoting LIFE CHAIN.
NOW!		Post flyers  in prominent locations.
NOW!		Post sign-up sheets  in prominent locations.
NOW!		Insert the bulletin announcement in your church bulletin/distribute to members of your organization.
NOW!		Activate your church prayer chain to ask for God’s blessing for LIFE CHAIN 2001 and all pro-life efforts.
September 16		Arrange to have a verbal announcement of LIFE CHAIN made at all your churches services--sample pulpit announcement has been provided.

September 16		Conduct sign-ups using enclosed sign-up sheet.

September 27		Contact Karl Hart of Jiffie Hart with your total number of LIFE CHAIN supporters even if you don't need signs.  I must have a total count from all churches.  E-mail: kah@donet.com Phone: 937-886-9350  This critical information must be provided by this date!!
IMPORTANT: You MUST pick-up signs, detailed instructions, and a map with your church’s Life Chain location at one of the following times and locations:
October 1 6:30-8:00pm		North Site Dayton First Church of the Nazarene 7031 Main Street, Dayton
October 2 6:30-8:00pm		Central Site: Bethel Temple 327 South Smithville Road
October 4 6:30-8:00pm		South Site:  Far Hills Baptist Church 5335 Far Hills Avenue, Kettering
October 5 6:30-8:00pm		Central Site: Bethel Temple 327 South Smithville Road
Before Life Chain		Develop a plan to ensure signs, maps, and information is distributed to all your church’s LIFE CHAIN supporters.
October 7		Distribute signs and maps to all your LIFE CHAIN participants.
October 7		Tell participants  to arrive at their locations at 1:45pm and stand approximately 10’ apart and not to block any roads, driveways, or other access routes.
October 7		Collect food and baby items  from all participants and bring with you to the LIFE CHAIN.
October 7 2:00-3:00pm		MAINTAIN integrity of the LIFE CHAIN from 2:00-3:00pm
October 7 3:00-3:30pm		Gather your group together for prayer.
October 7 3:30pm		Drop off food and baby items  you collected at the checkpoint identified on your map.
